RELEASE BASE SUR DES ROM DE CYANOGEN
[BUILD] ★ 20.10.2010 ★ HyperDroidV1.7 ★ CM6 ★ michyprima's R11+AXI ★ Fast,Stable,Latest ★
Etc.
What's Tested & Working:
- Wifi
- GPS
- 3G
- LED Lights & Keypad Lights
- Camera with flash properly exposed
- Bluetooth
- 2D/3D Games (Gameloft, Com2Us, EA, CamelGames, etc.)
- Everything thats working on other builds
What Probably Doesn't Work (or works but is unreliable) :
- WiFi Tethering (no iptables support in the kernel and wifi module)
- USB Tethering is not reliable
- Permissions Settings in "Settings-Applications-Permissions"
- SuperUser App (due to a change in how the filesystem is setup)
- Flaky and region dependent Navigation Mod by Brut.all (for Non-US locations)
Known Issues:
- If you get "unable to mount sdcard" simply replace "set cmdline "rel_path=Android"" with "set cmdline "rel_path=Android loop_partition=mmcblk0"" in the startup.txt
- Dropped Mobile Data Connections due to buggy PPP (will be fixed in the future, just like most things)
- Touch Screen Freezes when G-Sensor is overloaded (games like Abduction and other Accelerometer dependent Games)... workaround is to use Portrait mode only...
HyperDroid v1.7
-Updated Base to September 29 Nightly
-We're now on Android 2.2.1 (FRG83)
-Tightened Up the Elements of the ROM
-Small Tweaks & Fixes

Source : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=769026
Please Follow the Instructions:
1. Please read the README.Or.SUFFER*.txt
2. Please Copy the HyperDroid Folder to the root of your SD card. Run clrcad (to enable sound) THEN run haret (which will close the WinMo kernel and load Android).(OR do it Automatically by Using Exceller's Android Loader, which I highly recommend and use myself to Quad-Boot)
You want to use another Android loader? Simply rename the folder to Android and change the startup.txt to reflect the change... (e.g. "rel_path=Android")
About this Build/Release:
In the spirit of the open source community, allow me to share and give back to something I enjoy participating in--- Tweaking my Gadgets to Death... yes, to death...
I am not a developer nor do I aim to be called as such. I believe this should be reserved for the real people who do the work behind the scenes and in the trenches of kernel hacking.
I am an extreme gadget enthusiast or simply a Gadget Geek... The work I do is to put together bits and pieces of what works and what looks good to create a gadget experience that is elegant, polished, minimalist and functional (E-P-M-F).
From my HyperROM WinMO ROM roots to today, I've always liked using and sharing a ROM that meets my E-P-M-F aspirations for a gadget. Today I bring you my personal twist on an Android ROM based on CyanogenMod 6 based on shu8i's shubcraft AND zego's initial CM6-RC1 build.
There will probably be only 1 build as I need to manage the time between this and my business and my family.
Build Features:
1GB Data Image (included)
Latest Overclocked and Undervolted Stable Kernel by michyprima
Custom Modded Theme and Apps
Useful Tools/Utilities Included and easily updateable or removable
PPP (buggy when it doesn't work, perfect when it does)
What's Unique:
Themed & Ready:
The ElegantSteel theme used here is the culmination of work done by the following artists and modders:
Jedispotty (who envisioned this theme), he_stehone64, Thyrus (for the N1 Ports), R0ark (for the Statusbar Icons) , brsev (for the Token Icons which I love)
See the original thread here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=759990
I love more space on the "desktop" so I use an LCD Density of 167... which gives me great readability with the fonts and with ADW Launcher, you can maximize the space you have... (resize widgets, put more icons in the App drawer, etc.)
Some apps have also been modded by the creative UltraLinx (Black Minimal Facebook, for example)
Apps to play with:
This ROM comes fully loaded with several useful Apps you can update from the market or even remove altogether such as:
MusicMod by Eliot Stocker (more useful music app based on stock)
Barcode Scanner (install via qr codes, etc.)
3Banana Notes (sync your notes online with a free account)
Dropbox (seamlessly sync your device with your PC)
Touiteur (the best looking and functioning Twitter App)
InKa File Manager (a "Grown-up" file manager)
Market Enabler (see and buy apps from other regions)
Tajm (minimalist time widget)
Zedge (ringtones & wallpaper download center)
Maps modded by Brut.all (allows navigation outside of US... try it for yourself! )
Changing Kernels:
Want to try out the latest and greatest kernels from GIT?
1. rename zImage to workingzImage
2. copy new zImage to "/HyperDroid" directory on the sdcard
3. copy bcm*.ko and Tun.ko to "/HyperDroid/root/system/lib/modules" on the sdcard
I've also included ElBartoME's latest kernel just in case the one I included isn't to your liking.
Modding:
Don't like the theme or you want to use your own? I've made it simple...
Simply transfer the contents of the "Put.Contents.In.root.to.Stockify" folder to "root" and reboot...
This will use the stock Froyo theme and LCD Density (240)
Want a custome theme for this ROM? Let me know what theme you had in mind and I will do my darn best to port it for this ROM... No Promises If you want Promises, a small Donation for the time it'll take to port it will do
I sincerely hope you enjoy your HD2 as much as I have... Android has literally given my device a new lease on life...
Enjoy the HyperDroid for your HD2!
