Gingerbread AOSP Nexus One ROM (Gingerbread / Android 2.3.3)

Description

This ROM is based on a Gingerbread AOSP Nexus One ROM as originally built by ihlades (Gingerbread / Android 2.3.2), with several useful & special tweaks topped off with a clean theme to make it pop!

It's Fast, Small, Minimalist and Stable enough for my daily use (YMMV of course)

Kernel: Tytung_R6(supports NILFS, CIFS UTF-8, unique Wi-Fi MAC address, Ext3, Ext4, Fixed LED Drivers)

LCD Density at 167 by default (easily changeable using Root Explorer; I use and highly recommend 167)
Based on Redux Gingerbread for Desire built by ihlades (Huge Props to this guy!!!)

Apps2sdExt support (install detects ext partition (if available) and installs apk's on sd-ext) (Oxygen ROM apps2sd+ mod by AdamG)
Dalvik2SD script modded by pongster (works automagically if an Ext partition is detected)
Auto Zipalign script modded by pongster (ensures your apps use RAM efficiently)
Fastest Launcher (ZeamLauncher)

What doesn't work: (looking into it)

Please disable "Audible Touch Tones" the moment you install the ROM before your 1st reboot to prevent Robo Voice!
Not all apps are compatible with Gingerbread yet

1. HyperDroid Installation

==========================

You should have at least MAGLDR 1.11 on device.

You should also have Clockworkmod (CWM) Recovery v1.2 by RaiderX303 installed.

Short version:

Install ROM from zip using CWM (Full Wipe Recommended if coming from another ROM)

Step by step version:
Boot into MAGLDR (Power On and HOLD the Power Button till MAGLDR options are shown)
Boot into AD SD to enter CWM Recovery Mode
If coming from another ROM, do a Nandroid Backup (just to be sure)
Wipe data
Wipe cache
Wipe Dalvik Cache
Go to mounts and storage and mount sdcard
Copy the ZIP you downloaded to your sdcard and unmount
Select install zip from sdcard
Find the HyperDroidGingerbread.zip and install
Reboot and remove Phone from USB
After initial setup, reboot to get everything settled
Enjoy the Clean, Fast, Minimalist Gingerbread HyperDroid Goodness!

Upgrading from another Gingerbread build? Want to TRY and keep your data?

Install ROM from CWM without wiping and your data should be intact.

Note that bugs due to NOT wiping and starting fresh may be ignored in the thread.

voileuxcool ou quelqu'un d'autre peu m'expliquer la démarche pour installer ce fameux "ClockModRecovery" je comprend pas du tout, cela va me permettre de faire l'update en 1.2 mais aussi l'installation d'autres rom qui nécessite cette manipulation, merci.

Merci bon tuto au passage, mais je n'arrive pas à appliquer cette fameuse update, le tel reste bloqué sur le logo HTC

je ne sais pas si d'autres ont eut le même souci et normalement quand tu applique un update de rom tu ne dois pas faire de wipes mais peut être que de les faire avant résoudrai ton problème.

Déjà tout essayé, pourtant l'installation de la rom par le .zip fonctionne niquel, juste l'update qui merde....
Mais en tous cas c'est vachement une rom niquel, fluide et tout, j'adore les petites icônes, sauf dommage que certaines application ne s'ouvre pas en pleine écran et sont coupées....

EDIT: L'update 1.0 fonctionne niquel, quand j'installe la 1.2 tous ce passe bien à l'installation, mais après sa bloque au logo HTC...

Quelqu'un a t'il essayé avec une partition ext ?

Non pas encore testé en partition EXT, j'ai pas trop envie de formaté ma carte sd 16 go, malgré un pc à gros biscoto ça me fait un peu chier.....

POST1 mis à jour

J'ai fait un backup sous CWM et sous Tintanium backup de ma Cyanogen 2.6, histoire de tester la concurrence ... et oui j'attends une 2.7.

En plein flash, je vous donnerai mon retour, pour l'instant je suis sur le bootanimation d'android qui part en poussière depuis 3mn.
