2.Open the font , bootanimation or downanimation folder and u will see custom folder in each of the respective folders
3.Place ur custom files with the names like
eg. for font : DroidSansFallback.ttf , DroidSans.ttf,DroidSans-Bold.ttf,Clockopia.ttf
for bootanimation : htc_bootanimation.zip
for downanimation : htc_downanimation.zip

Rename your files to the names given above and apply them from the " Tweaks " app in Settings and your done

Please dont go to update the " Tweaks " app it will give a Force close on future use .
Note that when u apply the font or bootanimation or downanimation , phone will hot reboot showing u that ur choice has been applied

As i am trying to concentrate on the ics rom dev and fixes this is a quick fix rom upgrade

1. Virtuous_oc enabled by default
2. init.d scripts working by default
3. Battery life optimized increased
4. Tweaks changed a bit
5. Some parts of the rom that needed fixes are present ..

Observed Bugs :

1. Uncheck stereo option while camcorder recording or might cause fc's
2. Amaze front camera displays green , red lines this issue has been reported to developers probably they will work on it and clear it .
3. Camera when rotated hw buttons dont rotate ..

All three bugs i have noticed are camera bugs i have sent the request to the devs hope they work on it soon

Whenever you use tweaks in the rom make sure your internet connection is on or rather working i mean either 3g or wifi .. if some of the tweak files aren't downloaded correctly you might get fc's .. All superuser options for Tweaks

8. As ZSL Still not released by HTC , i have used a app which i found on XDA for Panorama Pictures its still in beta stages but works well for me .. Special thanks to jimbo77 for the app

Note : Sometimes the camera might occur Blacked out that is cz this app is in beta stage and is originally made for Sony phones.. Just force stop it in applications and try again .. if you keep trying it will surely work ..

11. Sloppy's auto brightness now removed as the default auto brightness cz i guess most users dont like it.. Stock auto brightness used by default .. If you want to use Sloppy's Auto Brightness,
go to Settings --> Tweaks ---> Display Options ---> Auto Brightness Settings --> Choose Sloppy and reboot

4.Latest Market 3.3.11 added

5.UV script removed so boot issues should be fixed

9.OC/UV Beater2v1.7 now supports sleep_max,sleep_min also it had got disabled in the previous rom

10.Changed the package installer, now apps installing can be choose to install in internal or external. Thanks to Givesoft for the file .

11.Overscroll Glow changed to white but new patches will be added in the 4th post soon .So that you can make it red , blue or green

12.Facebook chat widgets , Twitter ( Peep ) all added back in the rom

And many more issues that i observed are fixed

Note : Please don't use any previous themes or mods except the mods i post in the main 4 posts now otherwise you will lose the flying windows or auto brightness sloppy values and many more things ..

For battery mod devs i request please use the latest framework-res.apk from the rom.

For Arabic Users previous Arabic Mod will work in this rom also
