If you Unlocked your Bootloader via HTCDev.com, then you need to extract the Boot Image from Cool-ROM.zip and flash it via fastboot "fastboot flash boot boot.img"
Instructions:
1. Make sure you are running the correct firmware 2. Boot into recovery 3. Nandroid/Backup Current ROM 4. Flash Cool_ROM.zip
Cool_Rom.zip automatically format & align your system, data & cache partition.

Yep bah écoute ça fais 3 versions que je tourne avec est honnetement je n'ai rien a dire mais vraimment rien du tout elle tourne comme une horloge...il n'y pas de fioriture elle reste sobre juste avec les tweaks Leedroid, la transparence dans les menus, beats audio et depuis la 14a l'appli Goo.im est incluse...c'est un peu comme rom manager mais beaucoup mieux ou tu peux vérifier les mises à jour de la Rom. je recommande vraimment pour sa stabilité
Je confirme les propos de rayman95 : une rom classique, stable et performante. Juste un petit manque, lorsque je veux envoyer l'exécutable d'une appli, il ne propose pas le bluetooth. Je peux l'envoyer par drive, gmail, email ou skype et non le bluetooth. Une solution ? Sinon rien à reprocher à cette rom.
En fait si j'ai un reproche à lui faire, j'ai l'impression que le son issu du casque en lecture MP3 manque cruellement de basses, quel que soit le réglage beats (le pire!), SRS (caverneux), dolby (sans effet)... le seul réglage que j'ai trouvé avec un peu de basses c'est l'équaliseur d'origine en mode "rock"...
Truc con, je viens de l'installer mais j'ai dut faire une erreur dans les wipes...il ne fait que redemarrer mais ne va pas jusqu'au bout ... Faut dire, je débutes et n'y connait rien ...
Lors de l'installation de la première, le wipe est a faire avant ou apres ? *installation 1 > full wipe > installation 2 > reboot ? ou *full wipe >installation 1 >installation 2 > reboot ?
