Because of the rebase and a more complete base rom, the rom is now more stable than the previous versions were, result: the new rom size is: 426 MB.
It's STRONGLY adviced to do a FULL WIPE with this version, since it's a total rebase of the rom! (Data/factory reset -> Wipe cache -> Wipe Dalvik cache -> Flash the rom)
(or use the 'Clean before flash new rom' in PhilZ Touch 4 recovery)
