Il faut préalablement  déverrouiller le bootloader et rooter votre M8
Copier le zip de la Rom sur votre Sd interne
Full wipe recommander  
Dans le recovery Sélectionner "choose zip from sdcard" et choisir le zip de la rom sur votre Sd interne
dernières versions de TWRP ou du Philz touch recommandées
Faire un Backup
Install zip ...

superbe ROM la première rom qui me fait enlever le manque de viper     
bon flash

Idem pour moi  et une bonne autonomie je trouve par rapport à la Viperone.

  Je trouve qu on a les mêmes gout ont peut tout modifier
je découvre encore
ont verra au fur a mesure des mises a jours
