Description
Voici la V2.5 d'ICS que nous devons à Tytung., nous sommes sur une CM9.
NexusHD2-ICS-CM9-HWA V2.2+ is built from the official CM9 source code.
Include Android 4.0.4 CM9.0.0-RC2.
Include htcleo-2.6.32-ics kernel: tytung_HWA_r3.2.
Include tytung's ICS HWA ramdisk (initrd.gz).
Include the required proprietary binary files and the HD2-specific files from my AOSP GB ROM (i.e. NexusHD2-Gingerbread).

Installation
Avant de flasher,
Vous venez d'une autre Rom Android :
Dans le REcovery mini 170MB system partition et au moins 2MB cache partition , plus si voulez flasher un zip pour la gestion de l'EXT (A2sd) 175 par exemple
1) Backup de votre rom actuelle si vous venez d'une autre Android
2) wipe data/factory reset
3) wipe cache
3) wipe dalvik cache , dans le menu Advanced
4) Sdcard - EXT3/4 - (1024,0) au besoin

Il faut un Recovery de170 (plus si vous avez des bad blocks)...Voici un Recovery (EXT4) de 335, il suffit de modifier dans le fichier flash.cfg la valeur 335 par 168...
Dans le Recovery
Dans le menu Advanced , Partition Sdcard - ( 1024mb, swap 0) si vous le souhaitez...
"install zip from sdcard" puis "choose zip from sdcard"
laisser le tel démarrer, mais ne pas toucher à l'écran
- une fois la page de sélection de langue affiché, reboot
...
Partition EXT, gestion A2sd
Flasher l'apps2sd Darktremor à récupérer via ces liens (il vous faut un recovery de 175 au moins):

Flash softkeys-buttons_activator_update.zip to activate the soft virtual buttons.
Softkeys work well with the stock camcorder and Barcode Scanner.
Updated to the latest Trebuchet Launcher, so you can access its setting under "System setting" -> "Launcher".
Updated to Google Maps v6.8.1.
Moved YouTube.apk to data space.
Added Apollo.apk (another CM9 music player) as a data app.
V2.2 HWA (June 02, 2012) :
Built a new ROM using the official CM9 source code with my own leo device and vendor files modified from Nexus One.
Required 167.2 MB system partition.
All features of the CM9 source code on June 1 are included.
Added Torch.apk to get the LED flashlight to work with the notification bar widget.
Included the htcleo-2.6.32-ics kernel tytung_r3.
Supported real WiFi and Bluetooth MAC addresses finally. (i.e. the same MAC you see on WinMo.) (Credits go to Franck78, Rick_1995 and Marc1706) (WiFi MAC address is changed, so remember to update the MAC filter in your wireless router if required.)

- le fichier "build.prop" se trouve à la racine du dossier system
- si vous ne voulez plus les softkeys, ne supprimez pas la ligne "qemu.hw.mainkeys=0" mais mettez la en commentaire en rajoutant "#" devant. Comme ça vous ne perdez pas la ligne de commande.

Comme je suis un bon gars, je vous donne un p'tit truc (je n'ai sans pas été seul à le trouver): 2 FC inattendus ce matin avec 2 applis. Bon je reste zen et je vais sur le market:
- j'ouvre mes applis installées (certains ne le savent peut-être pas, une fois sur la page d’accueil du market: appuyer sur le bouton windows du tél) et je trouve fastoche dans la liste, celles qui me posent problème.
- je désinstalle et je réinstalle dans la foulée puisqu'on reste sur la page de l'appli.
Hop, ça remarche! Ça envoie du fat! Vachement plus rapide que de passer par le désinstaller et d'aller ensuite la rechercher sur le market! Z'avez bien mordu le plan?
